The location is unbeatable-just a block from the JR station, making exploring a breeze. Plus, there's a Starbucks and a Family Mart right downstairs, which was super convenient for quick snacks. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the air conditioning worked like a charm!

I found the room to be seriously tiny—definitely a bit cramped. The bathroom was small too, which made it tricky to move around. I also experienced a bit of noise from neighbors, which could be annoying at times. though, it was a fun spot to stay!

Good service, although a few employees were not very helpful. This accommodation was in the very central location close to the Train Station. And it was also close to station and shopping malls, Kyoto, and many restaurants, shopping and subways.

Each morning, we enjoyed a pleasantly varied breakfast, and the proximity to Umeda Station made traveling a breeze. With a Family Mart and Starbucks on the ground floor, the options for convenience were endless. The efficient staff, despite their limited English, helped us navigate our journey with ease.

Great city view, but the pillows were way too soft for my liking.

I'll start with the clean rooms, nice, but the pillows were just way too soft-like sleepin on a cloud that was actually not supportive at all. No air conditioning switch in my room? Truly ridiculous. As if i don't deserve a room upgrade after suffering so much. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

The spacious Superior Triple Room made it easy for my family to unwind after our adventures. Plus, the Starbucks on the ground floor was a lifesaver!
